Bug Doesn't Work At All

OK installed this with the intention of testing it out before purchasing the full version.

Installed OK, set up all the notification types by editing them and making them active, giving the permissions to the 9 main groups so they can use them.

Fired off a global message to test that function and sent a test PM to myself - nada! Nothing! Went into my profile and checked that the notifications were on - yes. Checked ALL the boxes below for permanent notifications; still nothing.

Went back in and double checked everything according to the instructions supplied, tried again - nothing. Uninstalled the product and default VB Notifications kicked in and told me I had test PM's.

Can't think of anything else to try - oh yes, I cleared the cache several times - so some advice and help would be appreciated as I really like the look of this mod.

Hi David - I've had to remove it as it was generating hundreds of database errors which were being emailed to me via the vb system. The errors didn't impact on the site functioning, but it was annoying to keep getting these emails with a time stamp of literally a minute between each group of ten. They all reported the same error, which for the life of me I can't remember what it was and I've deleted them all. If any more come in I'll keep one and send it to you for investigation.

BTW: I can't post on here using IE8 as the editor box doesn't show up - got to use Chrome lol.

The editor works fine in IE8, however not in IE7
