Question Disable Admin IP Check or Manually Add IP

One of our admin isn't receiving the confirmation email regarding his IP. Is there a way to either disable this feature or manually add his IP into the system? If it has to be done via phpMyAdmin that's fine, I just need to know where to look.

Use the Administrator Permissions screen to exempt the user from the IP check.
