I am getting error in google's webmaster for members sitemap
Getting this error message for Members.

Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs. Please validate and resubmit your Sitemap.

Have you clicked the link and opened the resulting .xml file to see for yourself?

And what is the result when you click the member_0.xml.gz link? What does the resulting XML file look like?

i didnt download and check that file, but before 4 hours ago i just select members.xml and resubmit so webmaster get 8000+ links. but it shows on main page not in dbseo.php.

i deleted that file which it creates on main. so now its showing submitted links but after some days i got again this same error.

That's probably Google visiting your site at the very moment it's being re-generated. It's nothing to worry about
