Hello, I set up some custom items, and they are meant to notify Userid 1 (i.e. myself) of each purchase (and configuration change). There have been several items purchased, but no notification has been received.
How does the system send notifications? It may not be a bug on VBShop, but if I know how it sends them (PM, email?) I can troubleshoot and try and work it out.
