how do i change the time colour from black to white ?

In the dbtech_vbshout_shoutbox template, find all instances of

${time}

and replace them with

<span style="color:white">${time}</span>

You can change the font colour of shouts by using the colour drop-down menu

Oh that - find

<span style="font-weight:bold;">[${pmuserParsed}]</span>

and change to

<span style="font-weight:bold; color:white;">[${pmuserParsed}]</span>
