Question Centering Smilies between shouts. See images if unsure

I have a Problem with vBshout. Whenever I post a Smiley it doesn't centre with the post, it displays from the Bottom of the textline.

how would I configure the Shoutbox to centre the Smiley between shouts. So the post has even spacing between the post before and the next post.

I will post examples of what I mean.

I have tried editting the instance, no luck. Any solutions will be appreciated.

Please note: We do have vBshout Pro Version, I am doing this on behalf of the Site (I'm a Super Admin).

Add the following code to the very bottom of dbtech_vbshout.css:

.dbtech_vbshout_shout img {
    vertical-align:middle;
}

This will be a part of the official release in the next version

Is that in Templates? or is it to do with FTP, as I don't have FTP access.

It works here on this site and on our local test boards. You will need to refresh the page in order for changes to show up, and possibly also flush any cache systems like vB Optimise you may be running.

Is there anything else that I may of forgotten to do, and what doyou mean by Flushing the Cache?

That's how it looks here too, and if you re-post your smiley test it will center

Try applying the edit on an otherwise unmodified skin.
