Sorting of categories in admin

so i can move categories up and down.

example

i added dates as categories

1988

1990
1991
etc

but missed out 1989 then added it later but 1989 now shows at the bottom under 2011

2008
2009
2010
2011
1989


so when viewed by members its out of place.

I dislike giving any ETAs on anything not being worked on right now, since things are liable to change very quickly. All i can say for sure right now is that there are no plans to have a new version out in December/January. Beyond that I can't really say, sorry.
