Legacy Option to apply current category permissions to other categories

With so many permission options it is pretty tedious task going through and setting all the category permissions, especially if you have a lot of categories.

It would be nice if an option existed to copy permissions from one category to another. In my case they are all the same anyway (at least currently). Even if some were slightly different it would still make it easier to copy from category to category those that are the same, which in most cases they would be. This would also help to eliminate mistakes.
