Legacy Suggestion to incorporate more downloads in the exit page

Hello,

We have enabled delay download option and an advertisement on that page. However, once a person reaches that page, it is a dead end and he has to press back to go to the download article again.

What is suggested is to add 'Similar downloads', 'Back to download page', 'submit a download', 'go to forum discussion of the download' as an option.

This shall involve the members more after they download the file.

Update: In the next version, the "Download Delay" page will display the full UI from the Downloads page, minus the file/mirror list (replaced with the delay information & advertisement).
