Legacy Cannot choose "screenshot" and "thumbnail" for the same image

When uploading numerous images you cannot choose both "screenshot" and "thumbnail" for an image. Doing so will result in that particular image becoming the thumbnail but not appearing in the screenshots list.

Steps to replicate:
1. Upload a file (like a zip) and several images. Choose one of the images to be both a screenshot and a thumbnail:

2. Save the file and note that only 5 of the 6 screenshots appear, the thumbnail selected one appearing as a thumbnail:

Expected behaviour is that the image will be a screenshot but also be resized as the thumbnail. If you do not specify any image as a thumbnail it will select one and resize it, while maintaining it as a screenshot. If it can only be one or the other the check boxes should be swapped for a drop box. It is very handy to have the screenshot resized automatically for a thumbnail rather than having to do it manually however.

Secondary (minor) issue:
Screenshot/thumbnail features do not work for BMP images, though there is no error dialog if you attempt to set one as a screenshot or a thumbnail. The screenshot/thumbnail check boxes do appear for every file type however, so it isn't immediately clear when performing an upload whether a BMP image can or cannot be a screenshot. Very few people likely use BMP images for anything, it just so happens some of our media is very old and the originals were BMP format. I wouldn't recommend supporting them necessarily (there is no BMP handling in the code) just that it be more clear that they cannot be used in that fashion.

I will look into this further, but it's likely that this is working as intended. If so, I will change this thread to a Feature Request so that it can be changed in the future. Most likely, this change will be implemented in the same version that changes thumbnails to static files.

I can confirm that there is no BMP handling code, and this is because the GD library does not inherently support Bitmaps (only Wireless Bitmaps, which are old-school GPRS/EDGE-style b&w "images", from what I can tell).

I can look into only showing the checkboxes for supported image types :)

Update: I can confirm that it is currently intended for Thumbnail to take precedence over Screenshot. Changing this thread to a Feature Request :)

Update #2: This will be implemented in v2.3.2, currently scheduled for release on Monday the 4th :)

Hi, this still is not working/implemented in v2.4.10, it would be nice to use one image for both a thumbnail and a screenshot, can you release a patch for this? thanks

PS, I know this thread is from 2014 but I still would like this feature :)
