Legacy Button to insert a picture

I saw this thread, and it's beyond my meager coding expertise. It would be nice to have a picture button that triggers a pop-up for entering a picture URL. My students love to post pics.

I second this request...but there needs to be a setting in admin for resizing photos to not blow up the page format. I've currently disabled the regular img tag in chat and am using a custom bbcode that sets the width of the photo display.
