Bug Blank User Profile Page

Hello guys,

First off I wold like to say that this mod has never brought any trouble and our members have loved it since day one. Recently I updated this mod as well as our vb software to 3.0.1 and 4.2.0 respectively. Immediately we saw problems in the profile pages, some at times would just load a blank page, no errors no nothing just white. It doesn't happen to everyone all the time but to some sometimes. I know it's this mod because I went through my list of products disabled one by one until I found the culprit. With the mod on we have the issues with the mod off we don't. Also it seems to have a problem with our vbseo software; the likes given and received portions of the profile pages load blank when trying to access them through the user profile (turning off the mod does load the likes fine). It's important to note that before this upgrade to both software's none of this ever ever happen. The strange part about all this is, is that as a guest everything loads the way it should and no blank pages. Yes I triple checked all permissions...that I know of. In any case we would like to know if you might have an idea as to what might be going on and if you could help us out a bit. Thanks for your time and support. We hope we get this resolved, our members really like this mod.

P.S.: The only other mayor mod we have is your arcade and VBSEO. Also happens in default theme. Let me know if you want a test account and I'll provide one for you with the proper permissions. Thanks again.

Since you're mention Likes given and received, am I to assume this issue is actually pertaining the Thanks mod, and not vBActivity?

No. The Likes Given/Received I am talking about are from VBSEO software. The issue that vBActivity is causing members to not let them see their own or other members profile pages also causes them to not be able to see the Likes Given/Received from VBSEO from their profiles or any other member profiles for that matter. I turn off the mod and the issues go away, I turn back on the issues come back. Again, the strange part about this is that as a guest there no problems viewing anything. Any ideas??

BTW. When you refresh the page if you land on a blank profile page, sometimes the page loads, sometimes it loads blank again. It sounds to me like a cache issue, but your the experts so please let us know your thoughts.

Can you try adding

ini_set('display_errors', true);

to config.php directly beneath

and see if any PHP errors are produced when the blank page appears?

No errors unfortunately, just a blank page.

Did you try disabling vBSEO as well, during your tests?

Is it reproducible reliably, or is it completely random?
