Best instructions for moving VB to another server

Looking for an article on how to relocate from one host to another.
Not sure what I am over looking so a step by step would be helpful as my experience in moving a established forum is virgin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of server you moving from / to?

Both are Linux but the new host offers much more than the current host. The current host uses myphpadmin has 1 ftp account, no mail accounts 50,000 MB bandwidth a month and almost no support.
The new host offers much more with mail hosting 24/7 support and much more that will allow me to take advantage of Vb Optimize. I don't know why I didn't think to look @ vb.org but I neglected to. I think I have found what I need.

If I have issues I will return to inquire more. Once completed I will need to change sites where the mods are installed.
