Bug Being Redirected to Content.php

I just upgraded and now when clicking the forum button on navbar I am being redirected to content.php.

I changed the following setting to "no" and now it is working fine. I am not sure if this is a new setting or if something else has changed.
If this setting has been there the whole time will I have any impact by changing this to "no"?

That setting was bugged until v1.0.3 IIRC. So before that time, it just flat out didn't work.
