Noticed this last night. When banning a member from the shoutbox it clears there previous shouts however its not clearing them from the archives like previous version used too.
The shouts aren't actually "cleared", they're just hidden from view. Can you log in with a non-moderator account (or create a test user without SB moderator permissions) and let me know if the banned user's shouts is still visible in the Archive?
