Bug arcade_admin.php

Maybe its just me but everytime I upgrade to the latest beta I have to change the permission on arcade_admin.php from 777 to 755, if not I get a Error 500 Internal Server Error when using Manage game, category, etc in the admincp.

I changed some of the permissions on my local file. That might be useful, so get back to me on this in the next beta

It's good now
