That needs a hotfix.

PHP: 
$cacher->deleteByPrefix('forum.' . $forum['forum_id']);

into :
PHP: 
$cacher->deleteByPrefix('forum.' . $forum['node_id']);

I think 1 more file needs a hotfix too :
