Legacy Allow option of thread rating in addition options before posting thread set by ACP

At the moment any thread created auto gets a thread rating.

Can we have an option via ACP to add to additional options so when we create a thread the option is asked like it does a poll etc?

I'll add it to the list. Best way would be to add a couple usergroup permissions for if it shows by default and if they have the option to change it.
