After I rolled back to 3.6.2 the application is working again without any issues.


Some remarks over 3.6.3
How about the wrong version displayed at 3.6.3 (even after installation the version displayed is 3.6.2)?
How about the same error (buttons disappear after click) reported in lite version?
If the old 3.6.2 is working on the same forum where the new 3.6.3 is not working, the question is: The problem is on the forum or on the new version 3.6.3 of application?

I can't answer any of those questions until I can figure out what's causing the issue in the first place, which I cannot do without an FTP and AdminCP account.

Until such a time as someone else is able to provide me with this information, this issue cannot be resolved.

A hotfix has been made available that should resolve it, if you re-download the product and re-import the product XML file.
