Another error found trying to rebuild statistics:
Database error in vBulletin 4.2.3:

Have you created a button with the varname "absent"?
Yes, I created a varname "absent", but this was some time ago, and it was already changed to other names at the date of this update:

Did you rename it manually or did you delete the existing button and remade it?
I remember I renamed it, I didn't created a new button from the begining.
Update: It would seem as if no-one else is willing to give me access to their site in order to resolve the issue from the first post, can you please PM me with an FTP and AdminCP account so I can look into why clicking the buttons no longer works for you?
Please do be aware that resolving the issue with the broken database schema is not something I will be able to do, you should either reinstall the modification or undo whatever you did in the database to rename the button varname.

I will be able to restore all old thanks/likes? If I made a fresh install?
I didn't made any modification (varname) in the database.
I renamed the varname in the interface :"edit button"

There is no option to rename the varname in the Edit Button interface. Once a button has been created, the varname cannot be modified.
This is what happen some time ago, when I purchased the product:
I have created a new button with varname "absent", then I gave some clicks for some users... to test this new button.
Next I have deleted the button... but the entries... I forgot to delete.
I am performing now the deletion of those lost entries and I run now the rebuild cache. It will take some time...
This is not so much as a problem... The real problem is that if anyone click any like/thank.. the buttons sudden disapear and no entry is added.
The same that happen in the "Lite" topic.
PS: I have messaged you credentials for forum and FTP.
PS2: after I have deleted the entries with "absent" varname, no more error.
- The only error now is the same in the "lite" topic, I cant give any click on buutons since the buttons dissapear after clicking and nothing happen.

Unfortunately your site seems to have either crashed or the server has banned my IP address as I can't access your site to assist you further
you can see the error live, with the forum user I gave.
Or you can tell me from where I can download again the old version 3.6.2
There is no IP banned on the forum.
Acces on CPANEL and FTP is only allowed on specific IP.
But no bans on the forum.
