Admin 2nd Password not working with FastCGI

Admin 2nd Password not working with PHP Handler FastCGI, With PHP Handler DSO Admin 2nd Password working without any issue,I think this bug on vBSecurity,please can you look into about on this?

This is not a bug.

FastCGI does not support storing session information in the way required.
