Add [original_filename] variable to vbdownloads plugin option Custom Thumbnail URL.

This way I can keep urls for file, screenshot, and thumb options uniform. Just a little OCD on my part.

As the integration happens in the vBDownloads mod itself, moved to the vBDownloads forum

Determining the thumbnail file to use is a bit more complex than the screenshots (which look & feel exactly like normal files except for screenshotid instead of fileid) - thumbnails use downloadid as the identifier.

I'll put this On Hold for now, if I rework the way that works in order to make thumbnail storage better I'll revisit this
