Legacy Ability to make things like thread titles, not change all thread titles.

The new changes to things like thread titles are awesome. But I think it needs to go a step further. For instance, someone would buy 5 thread title changes. They could then use these on specific threads. As it is, all of that users thread titles change. I can see too much abuse here as well as making it so they spent them on specific threads, would increase their value a lot I think.

Same could be said for other items as well.
