There's no rules entry for the special cards (Bottle, Diamont, Magic Book, etc.) I see in the admin CP they have values - do they just operate like normal cards except that they have no visible values on the face?

I installed pro version and I don't see any difference. When vboptimise is disabled I have 38 queries and when I enable it 35, so it reduced only 3 queries, not what I was reading it will do. I did all setting, if that is your next question :)
