Question Reviews not being listed anywhere

I'm having trouble getting reviews to display anywhere. Nothing displays on the review homepage and nothing under the categories. No templates have been modified and the same behavior is displayed with the default style. Here is a test review: Viewing Review: testing something - Plastikkirurgi

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Yes, I'm sure. Moderation is turned off and the have a approved "yes" under them in the admincp

Okay, I see what is wrong. the one and only instance has the instanceid is set to 1. The reviews are given the instanceid of 0. I have no idea why. I created another instance and it works fine.
