It's a pain in the butt to find now. You have to go here: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/vbecommerce.php#4 Which is basically just the purchase link. Scroll down past the first set of products, to the second set. Then hit the tab group for Free mods.

The usergroup permissions had reset for some reason, fixed
