Question Xenforo Shoutbox not installing

Hi guys

Just bought above product...Have ftp'd all folders onto my root - public_html/library,and am trying to run the install from my C drive,from the XML folder,with the xml file that's inside it

It's returning files not found on the add-on installer on my forum

Am I doing something incorrect here ?

Any help much appreciated

Please make sure you've dragged and dropped the full contents of the upload folder into the public_html folder.

the root folder is public_html not public_html/library
