Bug vbShout not support non-english language

I just upgraded new version of 6.0.5, but there are not support THAI language!!!

I'd suggest re-uploading the files for v6.0.4, this is due to a workaround for special characters for non-utf8 users.

In the next version there will be a toggle setting, but unfortunately this cannot be hotfixed.
