vBActivity License Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my vBActivity license to a one-year license. However, once I add the one-year to the cart, it automatically changes to a three-month option instead.

Please review the procedure and advise me on how to be sure I am getting the full one-year license extension. Thank you.

Nick, what you're seeing isn't the system switching it to a 3 month license, the cart will say: Upgrade: vBActivity Pro - 3 Month, because your current license is a 3 month license that's what it's upgrading
