Question Username Styles

I have set up the DragonByte Shop in my Xenforo forums. I have added username styles such as italics, underlined, and glow. However, when that specific item is purchased, it doesn't change anything with the usernames. Is there anything I need to do specifically to make this work?

Could you please try disabling all other add-ons? You may have an add-on conflict that's preventing Shop from applying the user name styles.

Also, make sure the item is active in your inventory after buying it.
