I don't understand what you're reporting, the bit the arrow is pointing to is a header, not a link. The sub-menu items (My Classifieds, Addresses, Postage, etc) show up fine for me.

seems odd to have a drop down with context that isn't clickable.
the second image i thought that the lock icon next to the words "dragonbyte classifieds" needed to be unlocked for usage.
