Bug URLs not rewritten on some pages

Is there any reason why DBSEO doesn't rewrite urls on some pages?

Note: These are a custom pages which use to work and now they don't.

(It's been working for the past year. This past week it just stopped.)

I'm currently using Apache 2.2.15 (CentOS). I'll update this soon.

I'm just curious if you seen this before and what may be causing it

Hi Brock,

It's very strange that it would randomly stop working. Have you made any changes to your site, such as .htaccess changes, PHP version upgrades, Apache upgrades, new products installed, updated products... Anything at all since the last time this was working?

That was my first thought ... but I can't find anything that would cause this.

I'll continue digging.
