Unable to download purchased product...

The download link displays for the product I wish to download, however when I click on the download icon, it states "preparing your download" and just sits there forever.

I've tried in IE, FF, and Chrome with no success.

Please advise. Looking to implement the full version product ASAP.

Update: Fixed, sorry about that. We're in a server optimisation mode today, this was actually on my check-list but I hadn't gotten to it yet, unlucky timing
