Hi all,

Unable to visit my forum's threads on my mobile device (Tapatalk and Forumrunner work fine). Visiting the threads on computer browsers work fine as well. I have just completed the transition from vbSEO to dbSEO but I had the problem prior with vbSEO (it just popped up one day..?).

301 Moved Permanently

PS - I am using CloudFlare.

Any help will be appreciated, cheers.

I am unable to replicate this issue (iPhone 5S, Safari).

Please provide more information such as mobile OS, browser and whether you are attempting to browse the Full Site or the Mobile Style.

Hi Fillip H.,

I am attempting to browse the full site on my mobile device (Have tested with Google Chrome on my Samsung S4 and also safari on my iPhone 5S). The default mobile skin does not produce these errors.

I have troubleshooted this issue with CloudFlare and dbSEO off with no luck. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Update: I have tested this again and I am now unable to replicate this issue on your forum in either the mobile or the full style.

Hi Fillip H.,

Visiting through a mobile browser going to the full site and entering a thread (forum view is fine) still produces the below error.

No Thread Specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator.

Hi Bel,

Everything seems fine on your end :s

Can you try refresh again and see if it produces the error? I've just checked on my S5 and iPad 4 and the same errors are occurring (different network connections).

Could it be something to do with the 'new' text in the URL and it being unable to convert it into a proper thread index? Eg; http://www.thisisafl.com/forums/f69/west-coast-eagles-29514-new doesn't work on my mobile devices but works on my desktop due to it converting to West Coast Eagles - Page 14

Well as I said, I'm unable to reproduce this on your site and this site. I won't be able to assist you with an issue I can't replicate :(
