Question Support Agent: field

How can I add a "Support Agent:" like displayed above to our DragonByte vBForms Professional forms?
I wasn't able to find this info in the DragonByte Tech Documentation included with the file.

That's a bespoke feature we've added to a custom build of that mod, it's not currently available to the public. It's also kinda buggy, so it's not fit for public release in its current state even if I was to add it for the next version with no changes.
