Bug Strange HTML at top of page every so often.

Every so often I get this line of of html at the top of my page.
Not sure if it is a bug. I refresh the page and it goes away.

Is there a way to reliably make this show up? Clearing cookies, first time browsing to a new page, etc?

If not, can you Ctrl+S on the page when you see it happen again, and send me the resulting .html file?
