Bug Some Forum Links Direct Back to Forums Home Page

So I installed this on my 4.2.2 board and it works great, I have the lite version. All the links work great, except for one forum, it keeps forwarding to the forums home page, won't go to the forum. The title of the forum is Mad Anthony. If I change the name to take out the word "mad" from it or add another word to it it works, but obviously I don't want the title like that. Also the subforum links to other forums just go back to the home forum page too. Any ideas? I tried the default skin too and still have the same issues.

The correct solution would be to change your URL formats to include the forum ID, this will improve performance and bypass any issues like this

Ok so what do you think would be the optimal settings for that. Because there seems to be so many different ways to go.

Oh what about the subforum links. No matter what I change for the forum settings they won't change at all.

forum[forum_id]/ and forum[forum_id]/index[forum_page].html would work well.

The Pro version would allow you to customise the formats so that you could include both forum ID and forum title.
