Question Sitemap - excluding forums.

Don't know if i mis a setting or if it was ment to work the way it works, but i have some forums excluded from the sitemap, because some have zero priority, some are also in the robots.txt.

For example:

/ontwerpwedstrijd/

Is in the robots.txt and as it seems, threads within this forum are not included in the sitemap, however the forumdiaplay.php pages are still included:

/sitemap_forum_1.xml.gz

I know i can exclude forumdisplay totally from the sitemap, but i would like the exclude forums option to also apply on forumdisplay.

At this time, there is no forum exclusion feature in the Sitemap.

Actually there is

It does honor the setting in that is doesnt generate urls for showthread.php in the excluded forums, but it does generate url for forumdisplay.php like:

/ontwerpwedstrijd/index6.html
/ontwerpwedstrijd/index7.html and so on.

Ah, you're right, sorry.

I'm unable to replicate this issue at this time, are you saying it only includes page 2 onwards or does it include page 1 of the forum as well?

Well.. i am sorry too mate!

The warnings in webmastertools are delayed. I am still getting new warnings, based on the old VBSEO sitemap, eventhough the DB version sitemap was submitted 31 Aug.

So forget what i said.

Maybe best to delete this thread in order to avoid any confusion for others.
