Legacy Shout Display Order - move sticky

I changed my Shout Default Display Order to Oldest first as I think this is a better option, however this puts the sticky note at the bottom, which seems terribly wrong to me, can we have a fix in which Display order is "Oldest first" but the sticky note is up the top of the shoutbox

That cannot be done without a bit of refactoring in how the Shoutbox displays its content. As you can tell, currently if you scroll up, the Sticky "vanishes". If I were to make it so that the Sticky was always on top, I'd need to move it out of the shout area entirely.

That being said, I'll change this to Under Consideration - it's not impossible by any stretch of the imagination, I just can't give you a quick template edit to solve it on your site in the meanwhile
