Legacy Setting to disable settings in UserCP

Is it possible to get an admin setting which allow to enable/disable this function:

- Users can hide postbit items via the UserCP

Yes a good addition, irrate member because it displays in a tab on profile what they have thanked and the want it removed. So option to disable in profile would be good.
