Bug Resend email are not work?

I have get one email from our one member, that said resend email aren't working.

I'm facing following message

Please help me. No email is sent to me after clicking Rsend Email.

Have you tested this yourself?

No-one else has reported this issue, leading me to believe it's an issue with that user's inbox. Tell them to search the spam box
