Reputation not giving credits.

I have mine set up to give 5 points +/- the amount of rep (pos rep/neg rep respectively). But when I give rep nothing happens. They get the rep but not the credits.

currently all transactions require the person who owns it to be loading pages on your site. if they arent online, it wont show up until they sign in. You can enable the scheduled task to go through pending transactions on a regular basis, but it is every ten minutes by default. the next major update should come with a switch for you to enable at your own risk to process transactions immediately
