Question Remove "new Post Thanks/ Like Alerts" from the Notificatic Drop drop down

A while ago I saw a thread in which someone suggest a method of disabling aplugin or maybe rem out line
I cant seem to find it now.
Help please

You can disable the notifications_list plugin for this mod, but that will remove the notification display entirely.

That did the trick, is there a negative to diabling? My users find it annoying that they can clear the notifcations.

Not that I am aware of.

v2 also has a vBOption for disabling notifications, as well as a per-user option to disable it in their UserCP, without needing to disable a plugin
