Question redirect to forumhome

Hello,

In option Thread URL I chosed custom and entered:

[forum_path]/[thread_id]#[thread_title].html

But the thread when I open them I redirect to forumhome like this URL:
ãÓÑÍ ÝÇäÊæã - ãÓÑÍ ÝÇäÊæã

the problem arise from the " # " so how can I fix it and make the URL work?

Please only A-Z letters and certain symbols like / and - as you cannot use symbols like #, ? or &.
