Bug Poll Event Type Triggers Incorrectly

I have an event type that awards 30 credits for Poll with a negation amount of 30.

Looking at my logs it appears that for a very long time every time a person votes the entire event is negated and readded. I have 0s across poll options and choices and no maximum per day.

We don't use polls much so I believe this is an old old bug.

Running latest non-beta version (5.4.1).

Unless I'm misunderstanding the report, this is working as intended. It's the same reason thread events are negated when the first post is edited, etc.
