PM users showing in active users tab even tho turned off.

I have the PM featured disabled in the shoutbox.

However if you click on Active users tab, then click on the users name, it will give you the ability to PM that user.

Fixed, the affected file is /dbtech/vbshout/includes/libs/shoutbox.php
