Legacy Permanent Deleted Posts (Remove from Profile Tab)

I just noticed that when a post is permanently deleted, that that if it has a quote in it the quote still appears in the user profile tabs for both users (with a note indicating it was deleted). I would like to see an option to remove all references to a quote if the post it contains is permanently deleted.
