Legacy Mentioning user in quotes doesn't produces notification about it

Now wherever user is mentioned, it produces notification about mention.

Well, if someone is mentioned and this post is quoted, user will get notification twice. First time is of course good and it's the reason why users is mentioned, but getting notifications from mentioning user in quotes is redundant and a bit annoying.

Could you possibly enable that mentioning inside quote BBcode doesn't work?

It's quite difficult to do, but it's something we've received lots of feedback on so we will look into it for future versions
