make forums give blank page

If you ever receive a blank page, please make sure you have enabled display_errors in php.ini and also make sure that SKIP_ALL_ERRORS is not enabled in config.php, then try again

He is getting a redirect loop when clicking "mark forums read" on his site, not a "white page/blank page".

After clicking you end up with this URL: http://www.signs101.com/forums/index.php.php

This happened because someone had added an invalid value for the "Script Name for Forum Home Page" setting.

You might want to ask whoever changed the Navigation Manager, as well as that setting, to please leave those settings alone.

It was set to index, what are you saying it was set to?

It was set to index.php and you should NOT use .php in that setting. Furthermore, the setting is referring to the forum home, not the site index, so setting it to index (even with the correct lack of .php trailing) would have also caused the issue from your other thread.
