Question Limiting forums

First of all i would like to say gday.

How can i limit this to one specific forum?
I have tried the literal address.
I have tried the id of the forum.
I have tried just about everything i can think of.
I do run VBSEO and wonder if that effects it??
Would love some help here folks.

That should take care of it, just replace 0 with your forum ID obviously
